At JET Speed, we’re passionate about empowering young athletes to discover their potential and enhance their skills in a supportive, dynamic environment. Our training programs are designed for kids aged 6 to 16, with a focus on ability rather than age. We meet each athlete where they are, helping them grow stronger, faster, and more confident in their abilities.

Our experienced trainers work with each child to improve key areas like hip flexibility, smooth movement, and quick-response speed, so they can excel on the field, court, or pitch. With flexible options 

FOCUS

HIPS

we are committed to helping your kids hips get flexible. Flexible hips are crucial to improving their side to side quickness as well as burst away speed.

SWEET

Sweet is our version of " smooth". Smooth is fast and fast is smooth. In other words, " SWEET FEET". JET will help them find natural fluidity in their movements and lose the rigidness.

SNAP

JET is designed to help your kids improve their " snappiness" when moving on any court, field or pitch.
Snap is their ability to have quick twitch movements.

JETS

The byproduct of all of our training is that any child will find their " JETS" and take off to the best of their ability!

AGE GROUPS

JET accepts ages from 6 - 16 years old. We don't focus as much on the age and more on the ability. Our classes are focused more on current skill level!
